1. Information We Process

Cyber Elite adheres to a strict data minimization philosophy. We process only what is strictly necessary to perform defensive diagnostics:

Authentication profile identifiers (email, user ID) managed securely via Clerk.
Target domains or hostnames submitted for public security header and SSL inspection.
Administrative checklist state stored exclusively in your local browser storage (localStorage).

2. Absolute Client-Side Secrets Isolation

Sensitive testing utilities—specifically our Password Strength and WebCrypto Hash calculations—execute entirely inside your local browser runtime. Evaluated credentials, passwords, and custom hash plaintexts are mathematically computed using WebCrypto and zxcvbn APIs and are never transmitted to any server, database, or telemetry log.

3. Telemetry and Analytics Policy

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data or assessment histories to third-party ad brokers or data aggregators. Diagnostics exist solely to assist engineers and operators in hardening web perimeters.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request immediate deletion of your user profile and stored assessment dossiers at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting privacy@cyberelite.org.
