Ethical standards and acceptable use principles for Cyber Elite security assessment tools.
Last Updated: September 2026Ethical Use Framework

1. Authorized Defensive Testing

Users agree to execute diagnostic inspections solely against endpoints, domains, and systems they own, administer, or possess explicit authorization to inspect. Cyber Elite tools are engineered strictly for defensive verification, posture auditing, and ethical evaluation.

2. Open Assessment Framework

Cyber Elite provides accessible security testing utilities without subscriptions or recurring fees. Our mission is to promote widespread adoption of robust defensive configurations (such as CSP, HSTS, and multi-factor authentication).

3. Nature of Diagnostic Findings

Security assessment output, vulnerability flags, and hygiene checklists provide actionable recommendations based on publicly observable web parameters. While designed to enhance security postures significantly, no automated audit can replace defense-in-depth architectural reviews.

4. Termination & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to restrict access to any user or automated script that attempts denial-of-service, abusive request flooding, or weaponization of our diagnostic endpoints.
